Our team will process your cancellation request promptly.

Refunds

Our commitment to creating unique and high-quality pieces means that each item is crafted in limited quantities. If you have purchased an item on preorder, please choose carefully, as we are unable to offer refunds for preordered items. These items are specifically made for you and reserved in our warehouse.

We understand that delays can occasionally occur, and we appreciate your patience. Rest assured that your beautiful Enso Home piece is worth the wait. However, if the delay exceeds 30 days, you may request a refund. We will carefully consider such requests on a case-by-case basis.

Receiving Damaged Goods

We take great care to ensure that our products are packaged securely and arrive in pristine condition. However, we understand that accidents can happen during transit. Therefore, it is important for buyers to thoroughly inspect all items immediately upon receipt.

If you discover that your order has been damaged during transit, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Kindly send an email to enso.homes@outlook.com and provide a detailed description of the damage along with supporting photographs. Reporting any damages within this timeframe is crucial, as it allows us to process your claim and resolve the issue promptly. Failure to report damages within the specified timeframe may void any transit insurance for your goods, and we may not be able to provide a resolution.

For damaged goods, we require you to return the item to us using appropriate packaging to ensure it is not further damaged during transit. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to pack the item properly for its return. Please refer to the Warranty section for more information on our policies regarding damaged goods.
