1. Do you deliver to my location?
For nationwide deliveries, the charges will vary according to the location. You can enter your pincode for individual products to check if delivery is possible to your location.
2. What if you don't deliver to my location?
If you are not covered in our area of delivery yet, please send us an email with details of your shortlisted products to enso.homes@outlook.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request and someone will contact you if we can deliver to your location.
3. Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
We're sorry, but COD payments are not available at the moment. However, you can pay using any credit or debit card, netbanking, and most digital wallets.
4. What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, our products are not eligible for returns or replacements, except if they are delivered in a damaged condition to you. For more details, please refer to our Returns and Cancellations section.
5. I received my product damaged. What should I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please share your order ID and a few pictures of the damaged part. Someone from our team will contact you within 1 working day to coordinate the pickup and arrange for a refund or replacement. To know more, please refer to our Warranty section.
6. Can I see the product in person?
Yes, you are welcome to visit our parent store at Decofur, Kolkata, where you can see some of our unique products on display. However, the majority of our products are sold and displayed on our website.
7. Can I order a different polish or fabric color from what's available on the website?
No, we do not allow any changes to the fabric or polish options offered on the website. The available options are mentioned with each product listing.
8. How do I maintain my furniture?
Please read our Care instructions carefully to ensure proper maintenance and longevity of your furniture. Following the provided guidelines will help you keep your furniture in excellent condition.
9. Do the products require installation or assembly?
No, all our products are pre-assembled and do not require any on-site installation. They are ready to use as soon as they are delivered to your doorstep.
10. My building has a small lift/entryway. Will that be an obstacle during delivery?
During checkout, please mention any lift size, society rules, door/entryway clearance, or other delivery obstacles in the comments section. Our delivery executives will call you before delivery to discuss any specific requirements or challenges.
11. Do you make custom furniture?
We do not offer custom furniture at the moment. However, we value your feedback and suggestions for changing or improving our existing designs in the future. Your input helps us enhance our product offerings.
