At Enso Homes, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. We provide a Limited One Year Warranty for our furniture and home decor items. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to understand the coverage and limitations of our warranty.

Limited One Year Warranty

Enso Homes offers a Limited One Year Warranty for all eligible products. This warranty cannot be extended under any circumstances. Our warranty covers the following:

  1. Transportation Damages

We define "transportation damages" as any damage that occurs to the product during transit before it is delivered to the client. To be eligible for consideration as transportation damages, the damages must be highlighted at the time of delivery. If transportation damages are identified, we offer three options: immediate refund, replacement, or free repair, depending on the severity of the case.

  1. Manufacturing Defects

"Manufacturing defects" refer to irreversible flaws in the product that impair its intended use. If you notice any manufacturing defects, you can avail of an immediate refund, replacement, or free repair, depending on the severity of the case.

It is essential to report visible defects and variances within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to report such issues within this timeframe will be considered as acceptance of the product, and they will not be warranted.

To report any defects covered under the warranty, please contact us at enso.homes@outlook.com. Kindly provide the following information: receipt of purchase, pictures of the damage, and a detailed description of the issue. Damages upon arrival must be reported at the time of delivery. Once the client has accepted the product, replacements or refunds will not be entertained.

In cases where a replacement is necessary, please note that the same product may or may not be available. If the same product is not available, a new piece will be made and delivered according to its production timelines, which will be communicated to you at the time of the replacement order.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

While we strive to offer comprehensive warranty coverage, certain situations and conditions are not covered. The following are not included under our warranty:

  1. Small scratches on the wooden or Corian surfaces.

  2. Breakage, damage, or defects caused by improper handling, storage, assembly, maintenance, or client's use.

  3. Scratches, cracks, or other deformities resulting from product modification, reupholster work, misuse, abuse, negligence, exposure to sun/water/heat, or accidental damage by the client.

  4. Fabric, buttons, faux-leather, lights, and similar components are not covered by this warranty. However, you may choose to provide your own fabric after discussing it with our representatives.

  5. Normal wear and tear, slight color variations from the pictures, fading of fabrics over time, and cushions softening over time.

  6. Commercial or industrial use of products.

Please note that while our furniture is made to be sturdy, some wear and tear, scratches, and stains are normal in the life of furniture. As our products are handmade, natural flaws in wood are unavoidable. We sincerely hope that our customers understand and appreciate the unique beauty of these pieces and handle them with care.
